Outpost is a small turn-based strategy for the phone: a hex map, one tile placed per turn, and raider waves that arrive every fifth turn.

Every turn you draw a tile — a farm, a woodcutter, a quarry, a house, a mill, a tower, a wall or a depot — and put it next to something you already built. Buildings need workers, workers need food, food needs farms, and farms need land you have to clear and defend. Towers shoot whatever comes close; walls make raiders go the long way round.

Nothing is hidden. Enemies walk the shortest path to the nearest building and you can see exactly where each one will be next turn and when it will strike. The next wave is announced three turns ahead: where it lands, how many, what kind. Every decision is a calculation, not a gamble — the only luck is the map, the order of your tiles and the mix of each wave.

Clear a wave and pick one of three upgrades: your base starts shooting, towers hit two targets, farms run themselves, walls repair. Six upgrade chains at most, three levels each.

  • Short game: hold out for 5 waves, about 15 minutes.
  • Endless: waves keep growing, chase a record.
  • Portrait only, made for one hand. Drag to pan, pinch to zoom.
  • Undo anything until you end the turn. The whole turn plays back step by step so you see what happened, and a journal keeps every event.
  • English and Russian.
